Women Health and Fitness Class

These classes are held the first Tuesday of every month in the Killeen Children's Church location. The classes are design to teach women how to maintain proper nutrition and fitness. A lecture class is given and than the ladies exercise to a variety work-outs. The concept is Aerobic resistant workout to burn fat and become a leaner you.
